One site instead of a hundred tabs in Vietnamese
Rental in Vietnam is scattered across a hundred-plus sites, and almost all of it is written in Vietnamese. We bring it into one feed and into a shape where listings can be compared with each other.
Where the listings come from
Hover over a block or press “?” to see the sources.
The main source of live listings: in Vietnam rental lives on Facebook, and much of it appears there before the classifieds, and often never reaches them at all. We keep 130+ groups in rotation — Vietnamese, Russian- and English-speaking, where both agents and owners post directly. There are large city-wide groups with tens of thousands of members and narrow ones: for individual districts and residential complexes.
- Da Nang — the densest set of groups
- Ho Chi Minh City — groups by district and complex
- Nha Trang, Da Lat — groups are being connected
Zalo — мессенджер, которым пользуется почти вся страна. Часть арендного рынка живёт только там: эти объявления не выходят ни в Facebook, ни на классифайды — найти их можно только там.
Mass flow: both owners and small agents post here. The volume is large and the quality of descriptions varies — which is why we clean and normalise classifieds harder than the rest.
- Chợ Tốt — the country's largest classified
- Mua Bán — the second largest site
- Mogi — property classified
- Phongtro123 — rooms and studios
Specialised portals: listings are tidier, more often with floor plans and an exact address, but prices are usually higher too. A lot here never reaches the classifieds.
- Batdongsan — the main property portal
- Dothi — listings portal
- Dot Property — international portal
- FazWaz — international portal
Local agency sites: less volume, but better photography and descriptions. Houses and villas that exist nowhere else are often exactly here.
- House in Danang — agency, houses and villas
- San43 — local agency
- Toàn Huy Hoàng — local agency
What happens to a listing on its way to you
There is no manual work in this — AI agents do it all.
- 1
Translated into your language
Descriptions are translated from Vietnamese, and the card headline is assembled from the listing's own facts — type, bedrooms, district, price. The original stays in the card: you can show it to the owner or a taxi driver.

One currency
Dong is converted into dollars at the street rate, so “up to $600” means the same thing across all sources.

Duplicates merged
One apartment gets posted to several sites at once and to a couple of groups on top. We merge them by photos and coordinates.

AI-агент пишет арендодателю по-вьетнамски и уточняет, свободно ли жильё и та ли цена. Занятое, подорожавшее и то, что не сдают иностранцам, уходит из вашей подборки.

And a few more things this was built for
- Long-term rental only. Daily and tourist stays do not enter the feed — you are not digging through someone else's segment.
- The catalogue is open without registration. You can browse straight away; an account is only needed for notifications.
- Filters and saved. A filtered search can be sent as a link — to your partner, an agent, anyone.
- Notifications in Telegram. Suitable options arrive on their own while you work or sleep.
- We are not an agency. No commission and no contracts: we take you to the original source and get out of the way.
- All of Vietnam, not one city. Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City are already in the database, Nha Trang and Da Lat are being connected.

How renting works here
Practical explainers: the contract, the deposit, checking the owner. With links to the laws and figures from the database.
- How to rent long-term in VietnamYour landlord asks for a deposit and says a simple contract will do, no notary. He is right — but then come the parts nobody warns you about: who goes to the police, why your electricity bill depends on the length of the lease, and what happens to the deposit if he backs out.
- Deposit and rental contract in VietnamIf you back out, the landlord keeps the deposit. If he backs out, he returns it twice over — that is Article 328 of the Civil Code. What may lawfully be withheld, what to put in the contract, and where to go when the money is not returned.
- Renting without an agent: how to tell you are dealing with the ownerThe broker's fee is normally paid by the landlord — yet foreigners are often charged for it again. Six signs of an intermediary in a listing, the documents to ask for before any money, where subletting ends and fraud begins, and how many agent listings are in the base today.
The same feed lives in Telegram
The site is convenient while you are choosing. The bot is convenient while you are waiting: it sends what appeared at the sources while you were working.
- By voice or text: “a two-bedroom in Son Tra under 600 dollars, with a balcony”
- The notification arrives as soon as the listing appears at the source
- What you like is saved and opens later on the site
- You can switch off a district or a source you do not need — the bot will stop sending them
Frequent questions
Are you an agency? How much do you charge the tenant?
No. Relocate OK is a search service: we do not own properties, do not show apartments, do not take a commission and are not party to the contract. We take you to the listing and its source, and from there you deal with the owner or agent directly.
Where do the listings come from and how fresh are they?
Why is the price in dollars when the listing says dong?
So that budgets can be compared across sources. We convert the price at the street rate and show dollars per month, but we do not hide the original price in dong — it is in the card and in the original listing.
Are there daily rentals?
No, and it is not planned. The product is made for people renting for the long term: daily and tourist stays do not enter the feed.
Which cities are available?
Right now the database has Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, with the bulk in Da Nang. Da Nang is a bridgehead for us, not the end point: the product follows relocating renters, and other Vietnamese cities are next in line.
What languages is the site in?
Russian and English: every page has a twin in the other language, and the switcher is in the header. Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese are queued next; we will not name a date until we are sure of it.
