Where the listings come from
As of October 1, 2026, 50 sources stand behind the feed and together they supplied 31,993 live listings; +1,643 listings arrived in the last 24 hours. Below is how many listings came from each site on the snapshot date. This is not a partner list and not advertising: we collect public listings and name the source on every card.
4 platforms in today's snapshot
A row is a platform, not a source: all groups of one social network are merged into a single row, because we do not expose group names. There are more sources behind the feed — each group counts as its own. The share is taken from the sum of the snapshot's counters.

What kinds of sources there are
Four kinds, each with its own role: some bring volume, others bring what is posted nowhere else.
- Classifieds. Mass listing boards: the largest flow and the messiest markup — and the largest share of duplicates.
- Property portals. Specialised sites: tidier listings, floor area and storey stated more often, but fewer listings overall.
- Agency sites. Local agencies run their own shop windows: modest volume, but the homes have usually been seen by their own staff.
- City groups on social networks. This is where the part of the market that never reaches the classifieds lives: an owner writes a post and waits for replies in the comments.
What happens to duplicates
One listing sits on several boards and in several groups at once — that is the norm of this market, not the exception. We compare photos and text, merge such listings into a single card and keep the list of sites behind it visible. We have no public counter of removed duplicates yet: the snapshot does not report one, and we will not invent a number.
What this table never contains
A source enters the list only once its listings have actually reached the feed.
- Promised sites. Until a source is connected and has supplied at least one listing it has no row here, however good it looks on a roadmap.
- Closed databases. We collect only what has been published openly, and we always show where exactly.
- Paid slots. Order in the feed is set by filters and dates, not money: neither a site nor an owner can buy a position.
Data as of October 1, 2026. Sample: 19,207 active listings across 50 sources; prices are converted to dollars at the catalogue rate, and duplicates across boards are merged into a single card.
