How a listing gets into the feed
As of October 1, 2026, the feed holds 32,652 live listings from 51 sources; +1,355 listings arrived in the last day. Every listing goes through the same pipeline: crawl the sites, merge duplicates, translate the title and the description, convert the price to dollars and name the source with a link to the original. Not one step of it is done by hand. The sixth step is yours: we pull the landlord's messengers out of the listing, and you write to them directly, in ready-made Vietnamese.
How much goes through the pipeline
Figures from today's snapshot: this many listings are live right now, this many arrived within a day, this many sources stand behind them.
Six steps
The order is deliberate: collect everything first, then drop the repeats, and only then translate — translating the same thing three times is pointless. The first five steps run on their own, before you open the feed; the sixth starts only on your command.

Crawling the sources
The indexer walks classifieds, property portals, agency sites and city groups every day and takes new listings along with their photos and contacts.

Duplicates are merged
The same flat is posted to several boards and several groups at once. Such listings are merged into a single card, and the list of sites behind it stays visible.

Translation
The title and description are translated into the language of the page, and the original stays next to them, marked as the original: the translation is machine-made and we do not hide that.

One currency
Prices arrive in dong and in every possible notation — “8tr3”, “8.300.000 ₫”, “10 triệu”. The card converts them into dollars at the catalogue rate and keeps the original price alongside.

The source is named
The card shows the site, the date the source was last refreshed and a link to the original: any number on the page can be checked against it.

Write to the landlord directly
The listing is mined for the contact routes the landlord left there himself — Zalo, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger. They sit on the card as buttons: you write your question in your own language, we translate it into Vietnamese, and the messenger opens with the text already filled in. The conversation runs in your own account and straight with the landlord: there is no middleman in it.
What the pipeline never does
A short list, but it explains why the feed sometimes holds less than a search across the sites themselves.
- It does not edit the price. The rent is shown exactly as the source stated it; we only convert it into dollars at the catalogue rate.
- It does not invent an address. If the source named only a district, the card says “district”, and the point on the map is a zone, not a building.
- It publishes nothing of its own. The service has not a single listing of its own: everything you see came from someone else's site.
- It does not quietly hide stale listings. A listing taken down is marked as gone rather than vanishing: a saved link still tells you what happened to it.
The same feed in Telegram
The bot searches the same inventory by voice or text and sends an alert when something suitable appears. No sign-up is needed, in the bot or on the site.
