Anyway. I happen to have a 3-storey house around Le Duc Tho that’s currently empty. Near FPT University. Very quiet. fresh air. 4–5 mins to the beach. Fully furnished. Newly finished. clean & no mold. Big. airy balcony 25M/month. with a better rate for long-term.
